Almost every third BMW sold is now an X-model. But the competition does not rest: Mercedes poaches with the GLA and Audi with the Q2 in the X1 area. For the intensified competition, the BMW X1 is equipped with the tuning from Ventura Systems. With more power and a higher torque, the competitive advantage is clearly increased.
Peak performance: Engine tuning for the BMW X1
With the new tuning box Chiptuning X from Ventura Systems, the two-liter petrol engine now generates 230 hp of power and 335 Nm (247 lb ft) of torque. To put this in figures: +38 hp more power and +55 Nm (41 lb ft) more torque are achieved compared to the standard X1. With the Ventura tuning, the BMW X1 rushes from 0 to 62 mph in nearly 6 seconds and runs over 220 km/h (137 mph) on the outside lane.
BMW X1: Faster with chip tuning
The tuning box Chiptuning X from Ventura Systems is easily installed in the engine compartment. The tuning system is connected to the central sensors, such as boost pressure and camshaft sensor. The traceless refitting in its standard condition succeeds just as easily, e.g. when changing the vehicle.
